Yams are my favorite type of carbs…by FAR. I always make sure that the yam bowl (yes they have their own bowl in my kitchen) is fully stocked. In fact, almost every time we visit the store, yams are thrown into the cart! Thank God my Mom loves me and is willing to buy them every time. Thanks Mom, you’ve always got my back.
I will be up front with you guys: this one isn’t as exciting as previous weeks. Normally I try and be creative with my eating on Tuesdays so I can get some good looking food on the blog! With all of my team teaching, that just wasn’t happening this week. I promise I won’t fail you next week 🙂
Yesterday was my first glimpse of being an actual BodyPump instructor! I got the chance to team teach during two classes. It was sooo weird to be up on the stage during an actual class, but I felt confident and natural! Not to mention, it was loads of fun. I really believe I was meant for this!
This is probably less than perfect timing, as the Fourth was yesterday. Way to go, Will. Luckily, the same tips apply to any family gathering and get-together!
Lately I’ve had many interests when it comes to the fitness world– the main ones being muscle building, BodyPump teaching, and distance running (as always). However, these interests are kind of in opposition to each other. After all, I’ve never seen an elite marathoner compete as a bodybuilder.
