I will be up front with you guys: this one isn’t as exciting as previous weeks. Normally I try and be creative with my eating on Tuesdays so I can get some good looking food on the blog! With all of my team teaching, that just wasn’t happening this week. I promise I won’t fail you next week ๐

The day with allllll the usuals….
Breakfast

I got up surprisingly late for me! I slept till 6:30, which left me enough time to eat breakfast, drink my coffee, publish my blog post, and head to the gym! When I’m on a time crunch, I always stick with my staple breakfast of eggs, Ezekiel toast, and a banana with almond butter. I can prepare it in record time.
AM Snack
Yesterday’s workout was 60 minutes of cardio (split between the stair climber and elliptical), CxWorx, and then I team taught BodyPump. To help with muscle growth and recovery, I made sure to pack my sketchy powders for during and after the workout! It’s BCAA’s and pea protein powder (not drugs, even though that’s how it may appear ๐ )
Lunch
Ahhh, gotta love leftovers. I can’t get enough balsamic chicken. It makes for an awesome source of protein on my salads! I also included many healthy toppings (squash, peppers, onions, spinach, sliced yam, and blueberries). My new favorite way to eat yams is in a salad!
Afternoon Snacks
Salmon, brown rice and quinoa mix, and a salad. TeelFit Tip:ย Guacamole and fajita vegetables make awesome salad toppers.
PM Snacks
The usual BUT I added banana slices so basically I’m a pretty adventurous person.
String Cheeeeeeese
And that was all for the day! I know, yawn. I’ll do better next week for sure!

I eat the same things every day! I never get bored of them! ๐ chocolate, nut butter, Greek yogurt, sweet potatoes, eggs, veggies, fruits, and tofu err single day!

I love all the foods I eat!! My family gives me a hard time for being so repetitive, but the food is soooo good! And we eat a LOT of the same things, btw. Aside from tofu, I regularly eat all of the foods you mentioned! YUM ๐

Do I ever get bored with eating?! Hell no! Especially in France. I’m always trying new things haha! My fave salad toppers are walnuts, quinoa and lentils! Oh and beets just because it gives it some sweetness! And no .. Protein powder is not an accessory
