Really, Friday is my favorite in general. But, here are some of my favorite things from today and the past week!
Kombucha is one of those drinks that all health freaks rave about. I’m not even 100% certain why it’s so good for you, but all I know is that it’s delicious!

Nice and peaceful, just the way I like it…Its always hard to do my strength drills with dogs growling at you and people giving you weird looks 🙂
I am not a McDonald’s fan at all, but I have to admit that their coffee is pretty good! Not as good as Starbucks, but it’s a close second!
I was feeling a little numb after my morning run. A cup of coffee was much needed to warm me up! Coffee always tastes ten times better when you’re cold…
I discovered this app while looking at the RunHaven page on Facebook. It has some awesome features to help keep athletes safe on their runs. While you are running, if something happens and you are in danger, all you have to do is double tap a button. Then, your contacts and emergency services are alerted, and your phone gives them your location. Plus, it acts as a gps watch and tracks your pace and distance! It gives my family and I peace of mind while I’m out running!

Centered around the documentary Food Inc., this page provides tips and news all about healthy eating! (By the way, if you haven’t watched this documentary, you should. It’s very eye opening and makes you think twice before eating certain foods!)
Oven baked green beans!
My mom made these the other night. They are delicious! Drizzle olive oil over a bowl of green beans and mix, put them on an oven sheet, sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes. Yum!
Ahhh I can’t wait!!!
