I don’t know about you guys, but I’m terrible when it comes to drinking water!
Since I run in the mornings, I have very little time to hydrate before my runs. Usually I only have a few sips of water before I head out. But, I need to get better about drinking water at nights so I’m hydrated enough!
Dehydration can have nasty side effects, such as fatigue and slower metabolism. It’s especially important for athletes to stay hydrated!
The app is called Waterlogged. It’s pretty awesome.
If you read Hungry Runner Girl’s blog, you know that she discovered an awesome invention. I need to get one of my own! It’s an insulated cup that has measurement lines that divide the day into two hour time periods. So, it tells you how much water you should drink by certain times. What an awesome way to keep you accountable!

I have to point out the fact that tomorrow is May. I know, it’s shocking. I got that wake-up call this morning. AP students had to go to a bubbling session and fill out information for the upcoming tests. My AP Lang test is in less than two weeks! AHHHH!!!
