Happy Friday all!

I’m going to try something different and participate in a Life in Pictures Link Up with other fitness bloggers. A Link Up is a way to gain more publicity for the blog while getting the chance to discover new ones as well!

So, what is Life in Pictures?Β 

The idea of the #LIPlinkup is to create a post with mostly pictures and as little text as possible. The idea was created by Linda from thefitty.com.Β It’s basically a description of what’s been going on throughout my day/week purely through photos! It happens biweekly on Fridays. I’m going to try and participate in as many as I can!

Here is my Friday in (mostly) pictures. I’ll include some captions so you aren’t totally lost πŸ˜‰

Even when I’m not at Starbucks, I’m drinking Starbucks coffee πŸ˜‰
That’s not poop. It’s almond butter and it’s delicious.
My truck is overheating (greaaat) so I have to drive around the Mom Car. I was soccer mom Will driving to school this morning!
Mom bought me a Meb book! Meb is awesome.
Instead of doing my schoolwork, I read about Meb’s diet.
Who knew this type of plank existed?! This guy’s a beast!

    2. It’s funny, back when I used to eat oatmeal my oats to nut butter ratio would be 5:1. It’s embarrassing.

    1. You are spot on: I am a HUGE starbucks addict. I even have a gold level member card to prove it πŸ˜‰ and BodyPump is my favorite way to strength train! I love it!

      Panera has a pretty big menu. Despite their excess of carbs, I’m sure they have some delicious options for you πŸ™‚
