Beating Procrastination!!!

The closer it gets to June 4, the more prone I am to procrastination. Sure, I get all of my work turned in on time, but I keep pushing it off instead of just getting it done!

The Easy Day Dilemna

This morning I went on a much needed 4 mile recovery run. I had an extremely difficult time keeping the pace slow! According to digitalrunning.com, my recovery pace should be anywhere from 8:13-9:16 (using my half marathon PR). I was averaging about a 7:50 pace, though.
